“We recently purchased a recreational cabin from Penn Dutch Structures. Initially Mark Glick and I corresponded back and forth. Then we decided to go visit Penn Dutch Structures. We immediately fell in love with the cabin . We could see that it was very well made. Over a matter of weeks the deal was sealed and a date was set up for delivery. This transaction went smoother than any business transaction that we have ever made. Mark always responded quickly to my emails, phone calls or text messages. He truly puts customer service at the top of the list. His primary concern was to make sure that we were happy. He got all of the required permits and took care of everything that was necessary to deliver our cabin. The cabin was delivered on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016. We all had our concerns about delivery and setup because the road into our property is steep. We had a few problems afterward and Mark addressed them immediately. He has always been true to his word. “We got our custom stable delivered on Friday. It was an amazing site to see a 40 foot structure come down our lane. Then to see how they use a “mule” to bring it up our winding driveway and move it onto it’s pad was unbelievable. They finished the final carpentry items the same day. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier to have my dream stable for my horse. The process from start to finish was first class. Everyone involved was pleasant, polite and professional.”
